2 liters of water
2 cups macaroni
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 tsp oil
4-5 chopped garlic cloves
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 grated black pepper
3 tomatoes, (chopped)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Grated cheese (optional)
👨🍳 Recipe:
1. Boil the pasta:
First, add butter and oil to a large pan and heat it. When oil and butter are hot, add finely chopped garlic and green chilies. Fry them on low flame. When the garlic is slightly cooked, add the finely chopped onion and fry it for a minute. Now add grated black pepper and finely chopped tomatoes. Add a little salt so that the tomatoes cook quickly. Cook it on low flame for two minutes. Then strain it and keep it aside.
2. Make the macaroni:
Now boil water in a large pot. When the water comes to a boil, add the macaroni and a pinch of salt. Without the lid, let it cook the macaroni for 2 minutes on low flame. Note that macaroni cooks quickly, so don’t leave it boiling for too long. Mix the macaroni well two to three times and when it changes color, switch off the gas. After this, wash it with cold water and take it out in a strainer. Water will flow out easily from inside the strainer. You can also place it under a fan so that it cools down quickly.
3. Preparation of vegetables:
Heat a pan to cook the vegetables. Add butter and oil and heat it. When the oil and butter are hot, add the finely chopped onion and fry it on a low flame for a minute. Now add finely chopped vegetables such as black pepper, french beans, and capsicum. You can also add more vegetables as per your choice. Fry it on low flame for a minute. Now add finely chopped tomatoes to it and add some salt. Cook it for 2 minutes. Then strain it and keep it aside.
4. Make the pasta:
Now back to the pasta. Along with this, we will add our sauce, which we just prepared. Along with this, we will add oregano and chili flakes. If you don’t have oregano and chili flakes, you can use mixed herbs or chili powder. It is best to add salt to taste. Here we will turn off the gas and mix everything well. We don’t need to cook it, just mix it properly.
5. Serve and enjoy:
Now we will mix the macaroni pasta with the sauce. On top of this, we will add oregano and chili flakes. If you like the item, you can add it now. If you don’t like something, you can leave it.
